Returns

Eligibility: We accept returns of products within 10 days of delivery, provided they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at email@mirosaestheticcare.com with your order details.Non-Returnable Items: Certain products, such as items marked as final sale or promotional items, are not eligible for return. Additionally, any product that has been used or opened is not eligible for return.

Return Process

Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team within 10 days of receiving your order.
Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for sending the product back to us.
Return Shipping: You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

Refunds

Processing Time: Once we receive your returned product and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., if the product is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts not due to our error).
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges
